About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Section Engineer to join a major highways construction project in Grays, Essex. Reporting to the Sub Agent or Site Agent, you will play a key role in delivering complex highway and civil engineering works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and experience delivering major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the engineering delivery of a designated section of works. Lead and mentor Site Engineers and Engineering Assistants. Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate engineering activities across multiple work fronts.
