Graduate Engineer The Graduate Engineer role is intended to develop a Skilled and knowledgeable Engineer that would be capable of fulfilling a number of roles at Hydrasun, the exact nature of the final role may be revised to suit aptitude, capability and organisational need. It is envisaged that time & operational constraints allowing the Graduate Engineer will spend time in various departments and roles at PMD over a period of time to develop his/her skills, knowledge and capability with a view to taking on an Engineering role at an appropriate time. Regular review meetings will be held to ensure the Graduate Engineer is continuing to develop and that the operational needs of the business are met.
