We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Client, a growing manufacturing business seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the finance function and support the continued success of the organization. What You'll Be Doing: • Overseeing the day-to-day finance function and reporting directly to Directors and external accountants • Preparing monthly management accounts and providing meaningful financial insight • Preparing year-end accounts and supporting the year-end process • Producing budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections • Managing and developing the accounts team and overseeing day-to-day finance operations • Implementing and improving financial controls, including costing processes and sales invoicing procedures • Managing and developing the use of Xero, including integrating it with the company's back-office systems • Supporting the business with financial analysis and continuous process improvements What We're Looking...
