The successful candidate will undertake planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities General building fabric repairs including ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, doors, locks, frames and ironmongery. Minor plumbing repairs including taps, sinks, toilets, urinals and drainage issues. Painting, decorating and making-good works. Fire door inspections, repairs, door closers, pivots and re-hanging.
