Job Description: Land Surveyor Location: Buckinghamshire Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Package Sector: Major Civil Infrastructure Role Overview We are seeking a Land Surveyor to join a major high-speed rail and linear infrastructure programme. This white-collar technical role bridges spatial data processing, BIM design teams, and live site construction operations. Key Responsibilities Survey Control: Establish and maintain high-precision primary survey networks across linear civil assets (tunnels, viaducts, earthworks). Data & BIM Integration: Process CAD/3D point-cloud data and integrate spatial surveys directly into BIM (ISO 19650) workflows. As-Built Verification: Conduct dimensional audits to ensure construction meets strict design tolerances.
