An IT Support Technician is required to join a growing Digital team at the York head office of a leading UK technical training provider. Working within a small and collaborative team, you will provide practical day-to-day IT support while contributing to a variety of digital projects across the business. The role combines user support, hardware maintenance, account administration, fault diagnosis and quality assurance testing. You will support colleagues both in person and remotely and help ensure systems and equipment remain reliable, secure and up to date. Occasional travel to the company's Slough and Livingston locations will also be required. Key Responsibilities: Capture, manage and complete IT support tickets within agreed timescales.
