Registered Manager required for EBD Young Peoples Home Romford 50- 60k Depending on Experience ASAP Start Monday to Friday 9am-5pm We are looking for Registered Children's Home Manager for a 5 bed home in Romford Supporting 8-17 years olds with EBD and challenging behaviour. Registered Manager Skills and abilities Experience with OFSTED Proven leadership and management abilities. Experience with EBD/SEMH needs Able to work within the principles of the Children's Act. Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Safeguarding and Procedures Sound knowledge of Children's Homes procedures and relevant issues. Ability to exercise authority. Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written. Registered Manager knowledge and experience.
