This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by equipping our frontline colleagues with the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding, person-centred support. This is a hybrid role, working primarily from home, with regular travel to our services across Bristol, Gloucestershire and the West region to deliver face-to-face learning, coach colleagues in practice and build strong relationships with operational teams.
