Estimator - Commercial HVAC, M&E & Heat Pumps Leeds Contract (Outside IR35) OR Permanent - Hybrid Our client, a well-established Building Services contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to support the delivery of commercial and industrial HVAC, Heat Pumps, M&E, and low-carbon heating projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents Price labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor packages Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams Support project handovers and pre-construction activities Requirements Proven estimating experience within Commercial HVAC and M&E projects Knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps and low-carbon heating systems Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings Strong...
