Social Worker required for work within the Adults Community Mental Health Team in the Devon area. This post will be based in Exeter, which has good transport links to the M5 and A38. Close to the coast and in an area of outstanding national beauty. 37 hours a week with rates up to 31-35ph for experienced candidates. Location - Home working, with Monthly attendance in person to supervision and team meetings there is the opportunity to work from DCC buildings and some health facilities. Working in the community with adults aged 18yrs and over, however we do start to work with those transitioning to adulthood from Childrens services at the age of 17 years onwards, with Childrens services retaining responsibility until the person turns 18 years of age.
