Job Title: Carpenter / Working Site Supervisor (80/20 Role) Location: Birmingham Start Date: Immediate (Monday) Contract Duration: 6 - 8 Weeks Pay Type: CIS Available About the Role We are looking for a reliable Working Carpenter / Site Supervisor to run a commercial fit-out project across retail units in Birmingham . This is a hands-on role with an 80/20 split : roughly 80% of your time will be spent on 1st and 2nd-fix carpentry tasks, with 20% dedicated to general site supervision, managing small sub-contractor teams, enforcing site safety, and keeping the job running on schedule.
