This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative with experience carrying out a wide range of general site maintenance and finishing works. Due to the site's location, applicants should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance, as public transport links are limited. Key Responsibilities Carrying out general carpentry and joinery tasks. Painting and decorating small areas as required. Installing, maintaining and repairing site protection. Installing and maintaining site signage. Completing BWIC (Builder's Work in Connection) activities. Carrying out grouting works.
