About the Role Brainkind's Stagenhoe Neurological Care Centre is looking for caring and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our specialist neurological rehabilitation team. You'll support adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries to maximise their independence, wellbeing and recovery. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality personal care and support. Assist service users with daily living activities and rehabilitation programmes. Monitor and report changes in physical and emotional wellbeing. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Promote dignity, choice and independence.
