Position: Plastic Vacuum Forming Technician Location: Sudbury, Suffolk Proactive are currently recruiting for a Plastic Vacuum Forming Technician to join a well-established manufacturing business. As a Plastic Vacuum Forming Technician, you will play an important role within the production team, manufacturing high-quality plastic components using vacuum forming machinery. You will be responsible for ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities: Prepare and set up vacuum forming machinery for daily production requirements Select and load the correct materials, tooling, and moulds for each production run Monitor machine performance throughout the manufacturing process, making adjustments where necessary to achieve consistent results Complete in-process quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications Identify production issues and report or resolve minor equipment faults where appropriate...
