With a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to strengthen the technical team and appoint a Technical Coordinator. The role will be to coordinator key technical information, and working drawings to enable residential developments to be delivered - This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning team, based in Cornwall. The role: Manage projects from design through to completion. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and site teams. Manage planning, Building Control and NHBC approvals.
