Project Manager - New Build School - Essex A Project Manager is required to oversee a circa 25m new build school project in Essex. The scheme is just about to commence on site and will be due for completion in January 2028. Candidates ideally will come from a civil engineering, trades or construction management background and have managed on projects of a similar calibre to this. The successful Project Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experience working to tight deadlines. This is a temp to perm role for a minimum of 12 months or until the completion of the project. Role/duties: Ensure smooth construction process including Managing of all site labour and sub-contractors Management of the programme & minimising/eliminating potential programme delays Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
