We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual who can make a positive impact in the classroom. The ideal candidate will have a calm but firm approach to behaviour management, alongside an understanding that every child is unique and learns differently. In this role, you will support individual pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), as well as work with small groups across reading, writing, maths, and phonics. You will also provide targeted support for pupils who require additional intervention, as well as those who are working above age-related expectations.
