IT Support Analyst 2nd Line Abingdon - Onsite (1 day remote) 3 Month Temp Contract £220 - £245 per day: MARS has partnered a leading specialist consultancy firm to hire in a temporary IT Support Analyst on a 3-month temp contract. The Temporary IT Support Analyst role is often the first point of contact for IT across the business. Customer service is key to this role and the Temporary IT Service Desk Analyst will need to seek to fully understand the needs of the customer and have a real desire to help them get to a successful conclusion. The IT Support Analyst will need to be a high calibre individual, with exceptional levels of personal drive and eagerness for personal development.
