You'll manage protection applications from start to finish, keeping cases moving, supporting customers and advisers, and delivering outstanding service every step of the way. What you'll be doing Managing protection cases from application to completion. Liaising with customers, advisers, providers and third parties. Processing documentation accurately and efficiently. Keeping clients updated throughout their journey. Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email. Maintaining compliant, accurate records in line with FCA requirements.
