We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Grants Officer to join our Adult Adaptations team. This is an exciting opportunity to support disabled and vulnerable adults to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. As a Grants Officer, you will manage Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs) and other housing adaptation grants, guiding applicants through the process from initial enquiry to grant approval and completion. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals to ensure adaptations are delivered efficiently and in line with legislation and local policies.
