The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering planned refurbishment and void property programmes within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term framework agreement, taking commercial responsibility for projects from procurement through to final account. The role offers a blend of office, home, and site-based working, providing the opportunity to work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
