Our client Birmingham's Children's Trust is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Family Help service. Job Purpose To provide a high-quality, statutory social work service within the Family Help model, working collaboratively with children, young people, and their families to safeguard and promote welfare, reduce risk, and achieve sustainable outcomes. The postholder will hold a caseload of children and families requiring targeted early help, statutory assessment, or Child in Need (CIN) planning, ensuring interventions are timely, strengths-based, and trauma-informed , aligned to the Family Help approach.
