We work together to create an inclusive environment where residents feel empowered to live more independently and confidently. The Role Provide person-centred support and personal care with dignity and compassion Encourage daily living skills including budgeting, shopping, cooking and cleaning Draft personalised support plans and contribute to risk assessments Build trusting relationships that support residents to achieve their goals Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts of 07:00-15:00 and 14:00-22:00 5 days out of 7 on a 4-week rolling rota Includes weekend working (Saturdays and Sundays)...
