Job Title: Estate Operative Location: Croydon Hourly rate 17.59 PAYE / 23.24 UMB Per Hour Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension) Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours ASAP Start About the Role As an Estate Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and appearance of communal and external areas while supporting the smooth operation of the estate.
