We are looking for an experienced and motivated Mechanical, Electrical (M&E) and Compliance Manager to lead our landlord compliance function and help ensure the safety of our homes and residents. About the role This is a key leadership role within our Asset Management team, responsible leading and internal team of contract coordinators and for delivering and assuring compliance across mechanical, electrical and statutory safety workstreams.
