Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting managers across the business and delivering a proactive, commercially focused HR service. Key responsibilities: Providing day to day HR advice and guidance to managers. Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
