About the role As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll represent Virgin Media O out in local communities, introducing customers to our broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services that can make a real difference to everyday life. This is a face-to-face, target-driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key. The starting salary is £26,228 + uncapped commission, with some top earners making £50k-£70k. Day to day, you'll: • Work independently in your allocated patch, speaking with customers door to door • Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people • Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV entertainment packages • Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits • Manage your own workload from first conversation through to close • Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential You'll be supported from day one.
