About the Role We're looking for an experienced Production Manager (Night Shift) to lead and oversee all night shift manufacturing operations. In this key leadership role, you'll ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets daily output and quality targets. You will manage labour, allocate resources, maintain workflow, and ensure a smooth handover each morning to the day shift team.
