The role involves screening contacts and referrals, analysing information, applying thresholds and making timely recommendations to ensure children and families receive the right response at the right time. Key Responsibilities Screen and triage contacts and referrals relating to children and young people. Gather and analyse information from families, professionals and partner agencies. Apply safeguarding thresholds and make clear, evidence-based recommendations. Record decisions, rationale and outcomes accurately and within timescales.
