We are currently recruiting for a Machinist to work with our client based in Burton on Trent on a full-time and permanent basis. Salary : 30-35K per annum depending on experience Working hours : 8am until 4:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (In addition to these hours, you will be expected to work a reasonable amount of paid overtime when required) About the role: To support in workshop repairs to ensure that customer deadlines are met. Helping to support the growth of workload in workshop. Responsibilities To carry out machining work Spray painting (desirable - training will be provided) Pipe-fitting / welding (advantageous but not necessary) Ensuring job / site specific H&S Rules are followed Will be expected to work a reasonable amount of overtime when required Take charge of own work and manage accordingly to ensure jobs are carried out in a timely manner.
