This role requires a skilled tradesperson capable of handling both structural roof carpentry and high-quality internal finishes. You will be splitting your time between structural flat roofing works and standard second-fix internal installations. Key Responsibilities: Roofing Works: Installing structural roof joists and laying flat roof decking to architectural specifications, ensuring solid structural integrity and correct falls.
