We are seeking to appoint a compassionate, enthusiastic and committed Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a well-supported and well-resourced school in the Stourbridge area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with primary-aged children with a range of complex needs, supporting them to access learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will be patient, proactive and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Experience of working with pupils with complex learning needs, autism, communication difficulties or physical disabilities would be advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
