Financial Query and Billing Assistant (6-Month Contract) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Location: Hybrid Working Available Search are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Financial Query and Billing Assistant to join a growing business in Halifax on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will investigate and resolve customer and internal financial queries, including invoice disputes, payment issues, purchase orders, and credit requests. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure queries are handled accurately, efficiently, and with excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries. Manage purchase order and invoicing issues. Review and process credit requests. Maintain accurate records and case updates.
