Berry Recruitment is looking for Maintenance Assistant for the initial 3 months. Contract - 3 months Start Date - ASAP Pay - 13.00 - 13.45 an hour depending on experience. Location - Charlwood Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm Job Description: As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose, gardening and will regularly conduct audits to identify and repair any faults. Ensuring a high standard of maintenance is achieved in all areas, and delivering an efficient and effective maintenance service to assist in the well-being, comfort and safety of patients, staff and visitors. Working alongside an established team, you will turn your hand to all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service.
