Our client Rochdale Borough Council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Hospital Discharge team. Hospital Social Work requires you to be a confident, dynamic fast paced individual with excellent communication skills. You will have experience and motivation to work with adults, their carers' and develop positive relationships with health colleagues across the hospital sites. Working within timescales and deadlines is essential for this role What are we looking for?
