As a Parenting & School Readiness Practitioner , you'll support children, young people and families aged 0-19 (up to 25 with SEND) . In this role, you will: Lead parenting and school readiness programmes and sessions , including groups, workshops, drop ins and one to one support Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers Work as part of a supportive Family Hub team Work with partner services to help families get the support they need at the right time This role is based across Sandwell Family Hubs .
