Our client Herefordshire council is looking for a Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team. Introduction Our Children with Disabilities service is made up of one team. The team comprises of a Team Manager, two Managing Practitioners, one Senior Practitioner, Social Workers, and a team of Family Support Workers.
