About the Role We are seeking a passionate and organised Children and Families Worker to lead and grow our ministry with children and families in the parish. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping children explore faith, has experience working with different age groups, and enjoys building relationships in the community. Key Responsibilities Run Children's Church on Sundays during term-time - including leading sessions and coordinating a team of volunteers. Develop a new older children's group , including volunteer recruitment and curriculum planning. Help lead monthly All-Age Services in collaboration with the Vicar. Run a monthly Bubble Church service and manage related outreach and admin. Co-lead Tufnell Tots (stay-and-play group) on Thursday mornings.
