Permanent Customer Service Executive Based in Aylesbury 35 Hour per week Hybrid up to £32,000 pa A new role for our client due to a new area of the business forming. Ideally you will have previous experience within customer care with the ability to meet the customer's demands and expectations with regards to service delivery and total customer satisfaction, through effective order handling and query investigation and resolution. Principal Accountabilities and Key Tasks: Ensure all customer orders and enquiries are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service level deadlines.
