Site Supervisor - Rail Role Overview: My client is looking for a highly capable, safety-driven Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations for a 6m roof refurbishment at Birmingham New Street Station. This role requires a practical leader who thrives in logistically challenging environments. You will be responsible for leading the site teams and specialist subcontractors on the station roof as they dismantle and replace secondary steelwork and fabric cladding. Operating directly over a live, major rail interchange, your primary focus will be maintaining an uncompromising safety culture, driving production, and managing daily logistics. Due to the nature of the work suitable candidates must be willing to work nights.
