Electrical Shift Lead Critical Infrastructure Data Centre Location: Canary Wharf, London Salary: £58,000 per annum + OT + Benefits Shift Pattern: Continental days and nights The Role As the Shift Lead, you are the technical authority on the ground. You'll manage a small team of technicians, ensuring that all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are executed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: HV Switching: Act as the HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) on-site, managing switching schedules and issuing permits to work. Incident Management: Lead the first-line response to any critical plant failure (UPS, Generators, LV/HV Distribution). Team Leadership: Supervise sub-contractors and junior engineers, ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety and MOPs/EOPs.
