Youth Development Worker LOCATION: St Austell, Cornwall SALARY: £15.34 + holiday pay DURATION: Temporary until end September HOURS: 37.5 hours per week - Shifts between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday About The Role: We are recruiting a Youth Development Worker to join a supported accommodation service in St Austell, helping young people experiencing homelessness to build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards independent living. The service takes a strength-based approach, encouraging young people to aim high, build their independence, and work towards their ambitions. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting young people in a supported living accommodation, with occasional short periods of lone working.
