Health & Safety Advisor - Rail, Civil Engineering, Earthworks and Fencing Qualifications and Professional Membership TechIOSH, GradIOSH, CertIOSH or working towards Chartered Membership (CMIOSH). NVQ Level 3, 4 or 5 in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent qualification and/or relevant industry experience). NEBOSH General Certificate and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Relevant rail industry health and safety qualifications and competencies desirable. Knowledge and Technical Expertise Good working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, regulations, approved codes of practice, and industry guidance. Understanding and practical application of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
