PK Education are recruiting for a SEND Intervention Lead to join a specialist SEMH resource provision in Leeds from September 2026. Key responsibilities: • Deliver targeted SEND interventions to individuals and small groups • Support pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD and additional learning needs • Develop, implement and review Individual Support Plans (ISPs) • Contribute towards EHCP targets and monitor pupil progress against outcomes • Track, record and evaluate intervention impact using school systems • Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral teams, class teachers and external agencies • Support behaviour regulation and...
