This is a key role within the Operations team, responsible for managing the end-to-end voids, allocations and lettings process, ensuring homes are re-let quickly, efficiently and in full compliance with housing legislation, policies and nomination agreements. Key Responsibilities: Manage void properties from vacancy through to successful tenancy sign-up. Coordinate allocations, lettings, transfers and rehousing cases.
