Shop Floor Supervisor We are recruiting for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in Portsmouth. This is a hands on role managing a team of up to 30 operators, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards across organisation, discipline, safety and quality. This position would suit someone with a strong production or manufacturing background who is confident leading people, enforcing standards and driving improvements across the workshop floor. Lean manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous.
