This role is about providing day-to-day support in a home environment, helping things run smoothly and ensuring support is provided consistently and reliably. You ll be working closely with us, so being approachable, respectful, and easy to get along with matters just as much as experience. It s not a rushed environment, but it does need someone who is organised, calm, and willing to take responsibility.
