Business Unit Director - Healthcare - FM - Midlands and Hampshire - c 130k - 140k plus package. The Business Unit Director - Healthcare will provide senior leadership for 3 large acute contracts across the region. The role is accountable for safe, compliant and resilient delivery of hard and soft FM services in live healthcare environments, ensuring service continuity, statutory and contract compliance, and a clear focus on patient safety and experience. As the most senior operational lead within a regional healthcare team, you will set and deliver regional strategy aligned to company objectives, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement and build high-performing teams and supply chain partnerships.
