Senior Project Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Willmott Dixon currently have an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Senior Project / Quantity Surveyor to work on projects within our South Division. We deliver projects between 10m - 100 million across multiple sectors such including MOD, healthcare, blue light and education so no two projects are the same! As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of commercial delivery for projects from feasibility to completion. You will have strong contractual knowledge to provide commercial control throughout the project lifecycle whilst reporting accurately.
