JOB TITLE : Learning Support Coordinator SITE : Post holder will work across all centres (North London/Hertfordshire) REPORTS TO : Deputy Chief Executive LINE MANAGEMENT : None HOURS OF WORK : 35 hours per week SALARY BAND : 34,000 to £39,000 (Based on skills and experience appropriate to the organisation) OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure that there is a consistent, high-quality provision of learning, social, and personal development support across the organisation to learners with special education needs and disabilities (SENDD) To support, and collaborate with, teaching staff in adapting course curriculums and developing teaching and assessment strategies to meet the needs of SEND learners.
